4. Preparation of executive and permitting documentation for the start of construction
5. Development and approval of RP SES
6. Development and approval of connection distribution plans (linear component, project in oblenergo networks)
7. Development and approval of the ASCOE project
8. Purchase of equipment and construction of the station
9. Commissioning of the station by the territorial oblenergo
10. Preparation of as-built documentation for the completed construction of a solar power plant
11. Obtaining a license for electricity production from NEURC
12. Obtaining a “green” tariff from NEURC
13. Entry into the wholesale electrical market energy of Ukraine
14. Registration of the ASCOE system in the ASCOE SE "Energorynok".
15. Execution of the Electricity Purchase and Sale Agreement with the State Enterprise "Energorynok" (coordination of applications)
