Smart BatteryProtect removes non-essential loads from the battery, preventing it from being deeply discharged (which would damage the battery) or maintaining the necessary charge to turn the starter.

When using Bluetooth to set up Smart BatteryProtect, you can set the on/off levels to any desired level. You can also use one of nine preset on/off levels by selecting it using the contact pin (see manual).

If necessary, Bluetooth can be turned off.

Smart BatteryProtect is a unidirectional device. It can only handle current in one direction, that is, either the load current or the current from the charger, but not both. Moreover, current can only flow from the IN terminal to the OUT terminal. In case of use with a load, the battery is connected to the IN terminal, and in case of use with a charger, the charger is connected to the IN terminal.
