Solar charge controller BlueSolar MPPT 150V 60A TR (MC4)
The BlueSolar MPPT 150/60 solar charge controller is designed to charge a 12/24/48V battery bank from a PV array with a maximum voltage of 150V and is capable of providing a charging current of up to 45A. The controller will automatically adjust to 12, 24, or 48V systems (software is required to select a 36V system). Maximum power of PV array for: 12V - 860W / 24V - 1720W / 48V - 3440W. The model with the index “MC4” has MC4 connectors for connecting solar panels.
Super Maximum Power Point Search (MPPT)
In cloudy weather, when the light intensity is constantly changing, the fast MPPT controller algorithm can increase the efficiency of solar panels by up to 10% compared to slow MPPT controllers.
Improved maximum power point search
If partial dimming of solar panels occurs, then two or more maximum power points, may be present on the supply voltage curve. The standard MPPT algorithm tends to block the local MPP point, which may not be optimal. The innovative algorithm of the BlueSolar MPPT 150/45 controller will always maximize the energy received from solar panels using the optimal MPP point.
High conversion efficiency
There is no cooling fan. The controller's maximum efficiency exceeds 98%. Maximum output current is available at temperatures up to 40 °C.
Flexible charging algorithm
Fully programmable charging algorithm (see software page), and eight pre-programmed charging algorithms selectable via rotary switch (see operating manual).
Internal temperature sensor
Serves for temperature compensation of charge (absorption and floating charge).
Electronic protection
Overheat protection and power reduction at high temperatures. Protection against PV array connection reverse polarity. Reverse current protection.
