Full plant audit and scheduled maintenance

Regularly conducting a full audit of a solar power plant and scheduled maintenance of components is the key to efficient and uninterrupted operation of the equipment. The schedule for maintenance and audit depends on the type of equipment, so we recommend listening to the instructions of the technicians who commissioned the station and following the instructions of the equipment manufacturer.

The audit is carried out in 4 stages:

- Checking the AC switchboard;
- Checking the DC switchboard;
- Tightening of bolts in the connections of protective automation and inverter;
- Elimination of minor deficiencies (replacing a connector, re-crimping a cable, etc.).

Repair and replacement of any elements are agreed upon with the installer and paid separately. The duration of the audit is 185 minutes.
