Consumption regulator Fronius Ohmpilot
OPTIMIZING SELF-CONSUMPTION THANKS TO INTELLIGENT, CONTINUALLY ADJUSTABLE HEAT SOURCE CONTROL.
Fronius Ohmpilot is a demand controller designed to use excess solar energy to heat water. Thanks to stepless adjustment from 0 to 9 kW, excess photovoltaic current can be used highly efficiently and supplied to consumers in the home. The Fronius Ohmpilot is primarily used for the intelligent control of heating elements to provide hot water in boilers and buffer tanks, but can also be used for infrared heating or heated towel rails. Thus, solar energy can supply a family home with an average level of water consumption, with most of the hot water occurring in the spring and summer. The result is maximum self-consumption, reduced CO2 emissions in the household and less wear and tear on the building's main heating system during the summer months.
